If you love the mountains and want to experience them in a different way, take part in a basic ski touring lesson in Andalo (TN) and discover what this fantastic discipline has in store.
An Alpine Guide will teach you the techniques of ski mountaineering and off-piste descent, taking you up to the heights of the Dolomites of Brenta for a magnificent experience.
A 3-and-a-half-hour lesson to learn the abc of ski mountaineering and enter into the purest dimension of the mountains. Are you ready?
What we will do
We will meet at 9:00 am in Andalo (TN). After the guide has handed us the equipment needed for the activity, we will all take the telecabin together.
On arrival at the summit, we will begin the ski mountaineering lesson by learning the techniques of climbing with sealskins and the basics of snow and self-rescue, and then we will ascend along one of the suggest routes suitable for apprentice ski mountaineers!
From the top, we can admire the fantastic panorama of the Dolomites and prepare for an adrenaline-fuelled off-piste descent at full speed, always after having learned the best way to manage safely.
We will experience an incredible sensation of freedom in close contact with nature. Away from the crowded slopes, we will fully enjoy what the mountains have to offer!
The activity will lastabout 3.5 hours in total and will end with a return to the starting point.
.Who it is aimed at
This activity is ofeasy level and is suitable for anyone who can cope with red runs with familiarity,from 14 years of age and up.
Other information
The activity takes place December to March every Thursday, departing at 9am, weather permitting.
Ski mountaineering equipment is not included in the participation fee and can be hired on site for an extra price of 30€. However, the safety kit (probe, shovel and artva) is included.
Groups of at least 6 people can do the activity at any other time and/or day of the week, subject to the availability of the guides. Please contact us privately for more information.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
