Dive into natural pools, swim and let yourself be carried away by the powerful force of the water; slide on fun toboga and rappel down tight rocky gorges carved by the river over millions of years.
All this is canyoning or canyoning, an exciting and adrenalin-pumping sport that combines mountaineering and river sports.
An incredible experience that you can experience first-hand in the heart of the Val di Sole, in Trentino-Alto Adige. What are you waiting for, come and dive into the adventure!
.What we will do
The meeting point for our activity is in Ossana, in the province of Trento, in the heart of the Val di Sole.
From here we will move on to the slopes of the highest peaks in Trentino, places where for thousands of years water has continued its erosion process, carving out magnificent canyons, called gorges, perfect for canyoning.
After about 30 minutes of approaching on foot, the real adventure in the canyon will begin, with high walls from which to rope and dives from 2 to 10 metres.
Before descending the canyon, our Mountaineering Guides will give ashort introductory briefing, during which we will be explained the techniques to adopt to overcome obstacles and the safety rules to be maintained throughout the activity.
We will combine the techniques of rock climbing (abseiling, use of ropes, harnesses and carabiners) with those of river activities: diving into crystal-clear pools, sliding in natural slides and fording the turbulent waters of the river.
In all,including transport and theory,the experience will last about 3 hours, during which we will discover a unique sport that will allow us to experience nature in all its majestic beauty.
We will come away drenched, but incredibly fulfilled!

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
