Do you want to try Rafting but are not very familiar with water? Would you like to have an adventure with your children? Then the "Baptism of the Walnut" is for you!
Fun and ideal for families with children from 6 years old, this 40-minute descent is the perfect way to get to grips with this wonderful discipline of thrills and contact with nature, in complete safety.
You can enjoy this activity from May to September, when the river has an ideal flow and guarantees maximum fun. Moreover, if you are satisfied with the experience, you are free to decide whether to continue for another stretch, transforming the descent into what is known as the "Rio Claro".
All participants are active protagonists in the conduct of the boat with the paddles, guided by the precise indications and "orders" given by the Guide.
What we will do
Gathering the group at the meeting point, we begin with a short 'theory lesson' where the instructors will provide all the explanations regarding rigging techniques and safety measures.
Once the lesson is over and the technical equipment provided by the instructors has been donned, off we go! We will climb aboard special dinghies, called rafts, and descend the river armed with paddles and guided by a certified expert guide who will guarantee the highest level of safety for the duration of the activity!
We will paddle in the splendid setting of the River Noce, immersed in one of the most beautiful sceneries of the Trentino. The activity lasts a total of approximately 1.5 hours, including preparations. The total navigation time is 40 minutes, during which we will cover approximately 5km of river.
Normally, for greater safety, we descend the river with several rubber dinghies at close quarters.
It is not necessary to form a minimum group and it is therefore possible to book individually; the organisation will eventually complete the crews with other participants (min.4, max. 7 participants for each raft, plus the Guide).

This activity takes place in the quieter reaches of the Noce River and is ideal for families with children (from 6 years of age) and for all those who are not very familiar with the water.

This activity is bookable May to September and is confirmed when there are at least 4 participants.
If you wish you can buyphotos of the experience, remember to ask the instructor before starting the activity! The cost is€15 per dinghy.
Important: you must arrive at the meeting point with 15 minutes in advance of the time chosen for the activity!
Recommended clothing
- trainers (to be completely wet) or neoprene socks with soles
- tight-fitting long-sleeved thermal shirt

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
