Full description
Flying on a paraglider is a unique and unrepeatable experience, allowing you to admire the world from the same perspective as an eagle. You will feel like a true dominator of the skies!
You will see enchanting landscapes and breathtaking natural beauty from above. The Tivoli plateau, just a few kilometres from Rome, with its verdant hills and ancient imperial remains, is ready to open its doors to you.
Aboard the two-seater paraglider, flying tandem with an expert instructor, you will experience the fantastic sensation of floating in the air and taking advantage of the upward currents. All you have to do is enjoy the show!
.What we will do
We will meet in Tivoli (RM), where we will meet the instructor with whom we will fly. We will first conduct a detailed briefing on how the paraglider works and the rules of conduct to be followed during the activity. When we are well harnessed and ready, off we go!
The takeoff will be along a gentle descent over a hilly stretch. It will only take a few running steps and a jump to soar through the air supported by the ascending currents, free and eager to discover all that nature has to offer.
During the flight, which lasts approximately 20 minutes, we will fly over some of the points of interest, natural or man-made, that the Tivoli plateau hosts: patrician mansions, Renaissance villas, monuments from the Roman era, the woods and the waterfalls of the Aniene. An exciting experience, framed by an unforgettable panorama.
The more courageous can ask the pilot to manoeuvre the paraglider, or try some aerobatics to complete the experience with just the right adrenalin rush!
We will gradually descend in altitude until we softly touch the ground. At the end of the flight, we will reach the initial take-off point.
Taking into account travel and preparation time, the activity will last a total of 1 to 2 hours, of which 20 minutes of actual paragliding flight.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an easy level. No special physical preparation is required. Anyone in good health, weighing between 45 and 100 kg and at least 16 years of age can fly.

Warning! You must arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes in advance of the time chosen for the activity.
The activity is bookable every day from April to September inthe afternoon hours, so you can take advantage of the best wind conditions.
For minors, written permission signed by their parents is required.
During the flight, the pilot will take photos and videos which he will send by email on the following days (service included in the price).

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
