Discover the Val Pusteria from a new perspective as you fly over the Alpine main chain and the Dolomites.
The balloon flight is a unique experience, as you will experience the sensation of floating in the air and admire the beauty of the Alto Adige from a privileged vantage point, which will leave you breathless!
Depending on the winds, we will be transported over some of the most majestic mountains in the Alps, as the hot-air balloon cannot be steered, which makes each flight unique and never ordinary. The pilot will wisely choose the best take-off point and at the end of the flight he will identify the most suitable landing site.
We fly in the mornings, from Friday to Sunday, every month of the year. Every season brings different colours and emotions!"
What we will do
The take-off point, usually between Bruneck and Toblach, will be chosen by the pilot according to the winds to ensure the best flight. The precise address of the meeting point will be communicated to you a few days before departure.
When you arrive at the take-off site, you can help the crew, if you wish, with the assembly of the balloon. This moment is very atmospheric and will allow you to discover how the balloon works.
We will fly over the Val Pusteria reaching a height of at least 2,000 metres above sea level, we will admire the peaks of the Vedrette di Ries or the Zillertal Alps from an unusual perspective, with the silence broken only by the sound of the burner.
The flight lasts about 1 hour. Once you have landed, you will find the ground crew ready to take you back to your starting point, but not before celebrating with the pilot with a glass of prosecco accompanied by typical local products. The experience lasts a total of 3½ hours.
.Who it is aimed at
To fly in a hot air balloon you must be at least 12 years old (minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian), be at least 130 cm tall and be in good health.
Other information
You can fly all year round (weather permitting)from Friday to Sunday. Departure times are approximate and will be confirmed by the pilot the days before departure together with the address of the meeting point.
Important: you must arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the time chosen for the activity 10 minutes before the time chosen for the activity!

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
