If you're looking for hot thrills, adrenaline and contact with the environment, a rafting experience on the Stura di Demonte River, in the province of Cuneo, is the activity for you!
Cross the river's rapids with the help of the paddle, tackle the rushing current and overcome the natural obstacles following the instructions of the expert guide who will be at the head of the raft raft.
You will be confronted by the predictability of nature, are you ready to challenge its power together with your teammates?
.What we will do
We will all meet at the Stura River Village in Gaiola, in the province of Cuneo. There we will get to know the guide who will act as our captain on this adventure and, first of all, we will have a briefing on paddling techniques and safety rules.
When we are ready, we will don the mute and embark on the dinghy to begin our navigation on the Stura di Demonte river. We will paddle in its clear waters, alternating brisk stretches with rapids, waves and splashes with quieter stretches where we can contemplate the marvellous natural views.
We will take about 2 hours to cover a stretch of the river of 6 km. At the end, the rafting centre's vehicles will take us back to the village, where we can continue the day relaxing, perhaps with a refreshing dip in the pool!

This activity is easy and is suitable for everyone, from 6 years of age. No previous experience is required, just good aquatic skills.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
