Full description
The Dora Baltea, from May to September, is the most beautiful and richest river in Europe. Rafting enthusiasts know this, and there is not a year when they miss out on experiencing the river at its most beautiful.
The Classic Top Programme is our most exciting proposal for thrill-seekers.
The sporty descent will take place on three stretches of Valdigne rivers, of increasing difficulty, with fourth-degree rapids, to fully experience the adventure and beauty of this sport.

What we will do
We set off from our base. For the first three kilometres we practise trying out manoeuvres and coordinating the crew by assimilating the instructions given during the theory lesson.
On arrival at Lake La Salle we will take a dip to try out how cold the water is and how nice it is to be carried along by the current.
Following this, we will transfer to vans and trolleys to navigate the Bombardon rapids (third degree) and, to conclude the experience, after becoming familiar with this new medium we will navigate a third section of fourth degree Fontine rapids.
Who it is aimed at
An ideal course for rafting enthusiasts. The minimum age is14 years old and everyone can participate as long as they have good aquatic skills and are not afraid of water. You can participate with a weight under 125 kg.

Important: it is necessary to arrive at the meeting point with 15 minutes in advance of the time chosen for the activity.
The activity takes place June to September. The rain is never a problem, in fact it increases the water level and makes the river even more fun! Once you have finished your descent there will be a nice hot shower waiting for you!
Additional services to be requested on site from the instructor before starting the activity:
- photo service (on USB stick, €25 per crew)
- video service (full footage via email€20, custom video editing €30, price per crew)
. You also have free access to the equipped area for barbecues and picnics, with gas and a shaded seating area (you can bring what you want to cook from home or, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive our contact details and we can arrange and take care of your lunch).
The centre is equipped with 12 hot showers and changing rooms for men and women,
video-monitored parking, free WiFi at our base and safe-keeping of valuables.
Those who have a dog with them can leave it in the rafting centre (free of charge).

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
