Enjoy the sensation of soaring free in the sky and fly over the Lombardy foothills on a flight at Monte Cornizzolo, in the province of Lecco, a famous take-off point for hang-gliding and paragliding enthusiasts.
Let yourself be carried away by the updrafts and admire the marvellous surrounding landscape from above, with exceptional views over the lakes of Brianza.
Flying in tandem with an experienced pilot, you will carry out the activity intotal safety: you will only have to enjoy every moment of your flight, from take-off to landing!
What we will do
You will meet the pilot in Suello (LC) and travel with him to the take-off point on Monte Cornizzolo, at an altitude of approximately 1,240 m above sea level.
At the site, you will prepare yourself with a short briefing on the rules of behaviour for safe flying. With your harness on and the pilot secured, all it takes is a short run to find yourself suspended in the air, your mind free of all thoughts!
Following the ascending currents, you will be able to admire the Lakes of Brianza with the vivid colours of nature and the suggestible panorama overlooking the branch of Lake Lecco. In addition, if the weather conditions permit, you can try hang-gliding and enjoy an even more unforgettable and adrenalin-pumping experience.
After about 20 minutes of flight, the pilot will return you to the ground softly near the initial meeting point. Between displacement, preparation and briefing, the activity will have a total duration of about 2 hours.
.Who it is aimed at
Tandem hang-gliding is an activity for everyone, from the age of 14 and weighing no more than 90 kg. All that is required is to be in good health and able to do a short run.

This activity is available all year round on weekends and public holidays, weather permitting, and is confirmed when at least 2 participants are reached.
Delight gliding flying is an activity that is closely linked to weather and wind conditions. The day before the scheduled date, the pilot will confirm the time and course after consulting the latest weather report.
The participation fee includes the video of the experience.
At the end of the flight, you can enjoy refreshments at the refreshment point located near the landing point.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
